- Open
/withdrawin the bot, or tap Withdraw on your portfolio. - Rex sends from the wallet on the chain you are using. Choose Normal, which sends straight from your Rex wallet, or Private, which goes through NEAR Intents.
- Pick the coin: the chain's own coin or the dollar coin. Other tokens cannot be withdrawn.
- Paste the destination address. Rex checks that it is the right shape for the chain and refuses your own address. On NEAR it also checks that the account exists, and on HyperEVM it refuses system addresses.
- Enter an amount, or tap Max. For the chain's own coin, Max leaves a small amount behind for the network fee. The dollar coin can be sent in full.
- Check the full address on the confirm screen. It is shown in full, never shortened, because lookalike addresses are a real attack.
- Enter your PIN.
On the web you enter the address, amount and PIN on the page. Rex then sends you a message in the bot, and nothing moves until you tap Confirm send there, from the same Telegram account, within 3 minutes.
If you limited sends to saved addresses, a new address is saved on the first try and works one hour later. The screen says when. On the web you find this out after you tap Confirm in the bot, and that withdrawal is not sent. See Security.
Limits and reserve
- A day's withdrawals are capped at about $5,000. The screen shows how much you can still send in the next 24 hours.
- A plain withdrawal has no minimum. Sending to another chain through the Bridge, and Private withdrawals, have a $6 minimum.
- You cannot send all of the chain's own coin: a small amount stays behind for the network fee. Tap Max to send the most possible.
- The first time you send to an address, the confirm screen says so.
- A request on the web expires after 3 minutes.
A send to a wrong address cannot be called back. Check the address character by character, and send a small test first for a new one.
If the PIN is locked
5 wrong tries lock withdrawals for an hour, and repeats double the wait up to 24 hours. See Security.
