Who holds my money?
It sits in wallets Rex creates for you. Rex signs your trades for you, and you can take the keys with /export. See Custody and keys.
Can I use my own wallet?
You can withdraw to any wallet with your PIN, and you can export your keys into another wallet. Rex trades from its own wallets for you.
What if I lose Telegram?
Your wallets are tied to your Telegram account. Recover the account with Telegram first. Your exported keys work anywhere.

What does a trade cost?

Why does it say the price moved?
The price moved past your slippage between the quote and the trade. Either Rex stopped the trade before sending it, or the pool refused it and returned your funds. Try again, or raise your slippage in Settings.
Why can I not spend my whole balance?
Rex keeps a little of the chain's coin for the network fee. On withdrawals and on the web buy box, Max shows the most you can use.
Do orders run when the app is closed?
Yes. They run in the bot, or at Flash on some chains. They can fill late or not at all in a fast market.
Can I trade on the web and in Telegram?
Yes. They share one account. In Telegram a buy or sell runs when you tap. On the web you review a quote first.
