What to send
- The chain, and the token or amount involved.
- The time, with your time zone.
- The transaction link from a block explorer, if there is one.
- The exact words on the screen.
- For a bridge, the deposit address and the refund address.
Never send your PIN, your recovery phrase or an exported key to anyone, including the team. Rex staff will never ask for them.
