The money limits are read from the live bot when this page is built, so they match what Rex enforces. The buy and withdrawal limits use the last 24 hours, not a calendar day.
Your own limits
On the web, in Security, or in the bot with /limits, you can set a lower limit for one buy, for buying in 24 hours, or for withdrawals in 24 hours. In the bot you can tap half of what holds now, a quarter, or back to Rex's limit, or type any amount in dollars. The web takes any amount too. A lower limit applies at once. A higher limit, or clearing one, starts an hour later, and Rex tells you in the bot when you ask for it. Your limit can never be higher than Rex's. Selling is never limited.
When a buy is over a limit, the screen says which limit it hit. For the daily and withdrawal limits it also says how much room is left.
