Add funds

Put money in your Rex wallet, on the chain you want to trade on.

Money must arrive on the same chain you trade on. NEAR, Sui and Solana each have their own address, and Fogo shares the Solana one. Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain, Polygon, HyperEVM, Robinhood and Arc share one address, but each of those chains keeps its own balance.

Send to your wallet

  1. Open /deposit in the bot, or tap Deposit on the web.
  2. Choose the chain. In the bot you pick it on the Deposit screen. On the web the Deposit window opens for the chain you are viewing, so switch chain first. The screen shows your address and which coins to send: the chain's own coin, or its stable coin.
  3. Copy the address and send from your other wallet or exchange. It shows up in Rex within seconds. On Base, Polygon, HyperEVM, Robinhood and NEAR, Rex messages you in Telegram when the chain's own coin, its stable coin, or a coin you have traded before lands. Deposits you made yourself, such as swaps and bridges, do not trigger a message. Other coins appear in your wallet without a message, so scam tokens cannot spam you. On the other chains there is no deposit message, so open your wallet to check.

Send only on the network the screen names. A send on the wrong network can be lost for good. Check the address on the screen for the chain you picked.

On the web, the Deposit sheet watches your wallet while it is open. It says "Waiting for your deposit" until the chain confirms one, then shows what arrived. Rex cannot see a transfer before the chain confirms it, so the sheet never shows one as on its way. It stops after 20 minutes or when you close the sheet.

Keep some for fees

You pay network fees in the chain's own coin. On NEAR keep about 0.25 NEAR free in the wallet; most of it comes back after the trade. A NEAR fee launch snipe asks for about 0.3. When a trade would leave too little, the web ticket shows the most you can use, and in the bot the trade is refused with a note on how much to keep.

Money on another chain

Use the Bridge. It shows where you can send from and where it lands, then follows the transfer until it arrives.

If a deposit does not show

Check the transaction on a block explorer: is it confirmed, on the right network, to the right address? If it is, wait a minute and open /wallet again. If it is still missing, see Frequent cases and Support.
